Return Exchange Rule (RER)

3-Day Exchange Policy

We ensure a strict verification process to provide you with the best service. You must request a return or exchange within 3 days of product delivery.

Mandatory Verification Conditions

To successfully apply for a return or exchange, the following verification proof is strictly required:

  • A clear picture of the FRONT of the parcel.
  • A clear picture of the BACK of the parcel.
  • A continuous, unedited 360° opening video of the package.
  • The product must match the exact condition as verified by our team.

How the Exchange Process Works

  1. Submit Request Go to your order history and submit the required parcel pictures and opening video.
  2. Admin Approval: Our admin team will review your proof. If verified, your request will be accepted.
  3. Customer Dispatch: Once approved, you must dispatch the defective product back to the seller and provide the tracking number on your dashboard.
  4. Seller Verification: The seller will receive and inspect the defective product.
  5. Replacement Dispatch: After inspection, the seller will dispatch the replacement product. The admin will then provide you with the new tracking details.

Note

If the returned product does not match the original condition or verification fails, the exchange will be rejected.
